Cass Mann and Margaret Hodge

The Rt. Hon. Margaret Hodge MP, Minister for Lifelong Learning at the Dept. for Education and Skills, discusses the Lifelong Learning Grant managed by POSH with CEO Cass Mann, at the launch of the Richmond Business School in January 2003. The Minister praised POSH for championing HIV positive gay men whom she described as "unfairly marginalised even in 2003", and lauded POSH for being led by its service users as well as owned by them.

The event was reported in The Times Educational Supplement as well as in all the local press.

2003 represents POSH's 4th year of managing the grant in order to train, educate and skill HIV positive gay men resident in Richmond so that they may return to work or education.
